General Terms & Conditions
§1 Scope
For all orders from consumers in the AgeLine® web shop at www.ageline.de, the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Professional Beauty Science GmbH apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order. A consumer is any person who enters a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
We, Professional Beauty Science GmbH, reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. You can save and/or print out the General Terms and Conditions and they can be accessed via our website. Any regulations that deviate from these General Terms and Conditions only apply if they have been confirmed by us in text form.
§2 Contractual partner
The purchase contract is concluded with Professional Beauty Science GmbH, Sanddornweg 70, 14624 Dallgow-Döberitz b.Berlin, Register court: Amtsgericht Berlin, commercial register number: HRB 172481.
§3 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to place an order. By clicking on the [Buy/order with costs] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract for the goods only comes into effect when we accept your order. We are not obliged to accept your purchase offer. The receipt of the order confirmation immediately after placing the order does not constitute acceptance of your offer but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order. The acceptance by us takes place when we send the ordered product to you and confirm the dispatch to you with a second email (dispatch confirmation). No sales contract is concluded for products from one and the same order that are not listed in the shipping confirmation.
The contract language is German.
§4 Right of withdrawal, exclusion of the right of withdrawal
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You have to send the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
End of revocation
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.

§5 Prices, delivery, shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT.
Delivery will be made to the address you have specified unless you have specified a different delivery address. In addition to Germany, delivery is also made to: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
Deliveries within Germany are made within 3 working days. Outside Germany 5-10 working days. Business days are all days of the week except for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Professional Beauty Science GmbH bears the shipping costs.
Special promotions, extras: If we voluntarily (e.g. from a certain purchase value) offer one or more free bonus products, vouchers or similar (hereinafter referred to as “extras”), the conditions for claiming these extras are based on the respective campaign conditions on our website. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion conditions, the following applies: The respective promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and/or discounts offered by us and is only valid while stocks last. If the receipt of a bonus is made dependent on the achievement of a purchase value, the entitlement to the bonus expires if the purchase value required for receipt is not reached due to the return of goods (e.g. due to revocation). In this case, the buyer is obliged to return the bonus.
§6 Maturity and Payment
You can basically pay for your purchase as follows:

Your payment or your credit card will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
If you pay in advance, you will be informed of the account details with the order confirmation and is payable within 14 days of the order date. If payment is not made within this period, the order will be cancelled. The ordered goods will only be shipped after full payment has been received.
§7 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Professional Beauty Science GmbH until full payment.
§8 Data protection
When using the AgeLine® website and the AgeLine® web shop, we collect certain personal data. Details can be found in our data protection information.
§9 Applicable Law
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention (CISG)
§10 Alternative Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution. This gives consumers the opportunity to initially settle disputes in connection with their online order without going to court. The dispute resolution platform can be reached via the external link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Professional Beauty Science GmbH endeavors to settle any differences of opinion arising from a purchase agreement with you by mutual agreement. In addition, Professional Beauty Science GmbH is not obliged and willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
